How do I exchange an item?

Only one exchange can be made per purchase transaction. Return the item to us at 2140 W 95th St Chicago, Il 60643. Add name and contact number to the Thank You card and return along with item. When we receive the package, a sales rep will contact you by phone to process your exchange.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped through United Sates Postal Service Priority Mail 2-5 day delivery service.
